All of the blossoms on our fruit trees have bloomed and the bees have done a great job of pollinizing them, so we anticipate having good crops this year!

We've been busy cleaning, planting and setting the store up for our opening day.  Our long-anticipated opening will be on Thursday, May 24th. 

We've made some major changes to our menu.  We will continue to serve our famous wraps (Southwest, Chicken Salad and Caesar), and salads (Caesar, Chicken Salad and side).  We will have Thai wraps once a week, too. The big change in our menu is that we will no longer be serving sandwiches.  Instead, we will have beef franks and Polish sausages along with chili.  Because of the rising costs of food and labor, we felt we needed to offer less expensive alternatives.  We hope you will be pleased with these changes.

We anticipate having fresh, local asparagus as well as Burlat cherries from Mattawa over Memorial Day weekend.
