A fresh experience

Welcome to First Fruits

First Fruits is a family owned fruit growing and wholesale business based in East Wenatchee, WA that operates across the state of Washington.

We grow multiple varieties of apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, pluots, and apriums on 10 acres of orchard, which is available seasonally at several farmers markets throughout the state, as well as for wholesale through our main facility.

New Facility

We have a new packing/cold storage facility on our ten acre orchard in Bakers Flat in East Wenatchee.

We are excited to be able to continue to provide our customers with our fresh, tree-ripened fruits this year.

About

The Rogers Family are third generation orchardists in the Wenatchee Valley.  Bob’s grandfather, Jabin “Jack” Vinsen Rogers, came to Wenatchee in the early 1900’s and is considered amongst our Valley’s founding families. He was an owner of orchards and a packing shed in the Brewster area. Eventually he homesteaded property on the north-end of Wenatchee Avenue in the 1940’s and started a nursery which eventually became an apple orchard.  This orchard was purchased by Bob’s father, and eventually purchased by our family. We sold that orchard for commercial development and purchased our current farm in Bakers Flat in 2003.

We grow multiple varieties of apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, pluots, and apriums on 10 acres of orchard.  The varieties are selected so we are able to harvest them in a continuous sequence to offer you a wider choice of fresh fruits for a longer season.  We pick our fruit at its peak for flavor and freshness so that our customers can experience tree-ripened fruit at its best. We call this our fresh experience.

We participate in several Farmers Markets in Washington where we vend our fruits.
